All hours and retainers are PRE-PAID via credit card for the hours or month ahead.

Credit Card Processing Fee

dw reserves the right to charge up to 3.5% for credit card processing.

Refund Policy

Reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on hours used or outlined within the terms of the retainer agreement.

Shipping Policy

dw does NOT ship any products.

Return Policy

dw does NOT sell hard goods and NO services delivered by dw are available for return.

Cancelation Policy

Clients may request a cancelation of their hourly package or retainer. See refund policy above.
